A bonus is not a gift of money. A bonus is a quantity of turnover you agree to produce, in exchange for a chance that something is left at the end.
This page sets out the package stage by stage, works the wagering arithmetic through, and explains the clause that decides whether the leftovers can ever be paid out.
The offer is split across the first three deposits instead of arriving in one block. Each stage has its own cap, and each stage is optional.

A 100% match means the bonus equals the qualifying deposit, up to the cap for that stage. A 75% match pays three-quarters of the deposit.

Wagering is a turnover target, not a loss target. The multiplier applies to the bonus amount, to the deposit, or to both. Which basis applies changes the size of the job, so read that line first.
Take the published terms for no-deposit spins, which sit in a 40–50x range. At the lower end the target is forty times the bonus balance in stakes.
Work it in spins rather than totals. A bonus of 300 C$ at 40x needs stakes worth forty times that figure. Staking 10 C$ a spin, that is eight hundred spins before the balance is free to move.
Every spin along the way is a real spin, exposed to the same house edge as any other.
Not every stake counts the same. Slots normally contribute in full, while table games, video poker and live dealer tables contribute a fraction or nothing at all.
The practical effect is severe. Where roulette counts for a tenth of a stake, the same requirement takes ten times the turnover at the wheel. Stakes on an excluded game do not move the counter at all.
Spin winnings arrive as bonus funds rather than cash. Wagering applies to the winnings, and a maximum-withdrawal cap often applies on top of that.
The cap is the part people miss. A capped offer can produce a good run on the reels and still convert into a modest cash figure.
Here is where bonus rules meet the cashier. A cleared bonus converts into cash at an arbitrary size, because wagering does not finish on a round number.
The payout floor is set at 20 C$ on the fast rails and 50 C$ on bank transfer. A maximum-cashout cap is set separately, by the promotions team, with no reference to the cashier at all.
When a low cap and a payout floor sit close together, a cleared bonus can land between them. The money is credited, visible and genuinely yours, and the only button that works is another spin.
The result is not usually a trick. Two departments set two numbers and nobody reconciles them. The effect on a small player is the same either way.
